Surgery Payment

Perkins 1st Assistants, LLC is In Network with some medical insurance plans in the DFW metroplex.  For those patients with which we are Out of Network, a prepayment plan for surgical assisting is used to pay for our services.  This is similar to deposits that the surgeon, facility or anesthesiologist may also require.  If you have been contacted by our billing company or have received a notice in your preop packet from your doctor, your surgeon has requested our group to assist during your case. The need for an assistant is due to the complexity of the case or may be a requirement by the facility where your surgery will be performed.
