SURGICAL PREPAYMENT

Perkins 1st Assistants inc. is in network with select medical insurance plans in the DFW metroplex. For patients whose insurance plans are out of network, a surgical assisting prepayment fee is required to cover our services. This prepayment is similar to deposits that may also be required by your surgeon, surgical facility, or anesthesiologist.

If you have been contacted by our billing company or received a notice in your pre-operative packet at your physcian's office, your surgeon has requested that our group assist with your procedure. An assistant may be required due to the complexity of the surgery or as a requirement of the facility where your procedure will be performed.
